The chairman of Passage West’s Joint Policing Committee, Labour Party councillor Dave O’Byrne has said that he will reserve judgement on reports that the towns Garda station will be closed until after he has spoken with An Garda Siochana at the next meeting of the committee.
“Our next policing committee meeting is scheduled for the 10th of October and I have no doubt that the issue of the station closure will be the hot topic of the night,” said Cllr O’Byrne. Read the rest of this entry »
